- T&C’s for Unopened box returns (Kiddo Services Ltd)
All unopened goods purchased through this site may be returned within 14 days of receipt. i.e. security labels must be intact with no signs of box being opened. Please contact customer care on 07725 941 884 or Email sales@kiddoaudiovisual.co.uk to arrange a return
- T&C’s for Opened box returns (Kiddo Services Ltd)
Opus technologies ltd warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of delivery. Opus will replace defective goods.
Please note that the Warranty does not cover cosmetic damage or damage due to acts of God, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, commercial use, or modification of, or to any part of the product. The Warranty does not cover damage due to improper operation, maintenance or installation, or attempted repair by anyone other than Opus Technologies or a service agent approved by Opus Technologies. All unauthorised repairs will void this warranty
All product faults must be registered with our customer care team on admin@kiddoaudiovisual.co.uk. If no fault is found we serve the right to make a reasonable charge for the engineer inspection and postage. Prices and discounts are regularly checked and updated for accuracy, however we reserve the right to contact you if on checking your order a price change or discount error is noted. Should we contact you under these circumstances you will be offered the right to cancel the entire order or continue with the transaction at the corrected price / discount.
